In 1998, after three years of writing software and perfecting fabrication techniques, Custom Inserts began selling acrylic custom organizational products for the kitchen, bath and closet industries. Handcrafted in Pennsylvania, our products soon expanded to providing fabricated and machined products in all types of plastics to many industries. Today we still continue the same quality and attention to detail as when we began over 20 years ago.

Although we are still a family run manufacturer, and our acrylic drawer organizers and inserts are still made by hand in much the same way, we have expanded into machining and fabricating a wide variety of materials and products for industry and individuals world-wide. From medical crash carts and machinery guards to custom wine racks on yachts and cosmetic point-of-purchase displays. Even panels in a castle to prevent tourists from entering secret passageways.
We work with many types of materials: Clear and colored acrylics and polycarbonates, ABS, PVC, PETG, HDPE , ACETAL sheets and many others.
